Spoke to store after our delivery of whole large pep&cheese pizza - we use DoorDash delivery & ginos doesn't - soooo they noted to me that we have to order online from Gino's website - there we can order pizza by the slice & give more instructions to make sure pizza is browned on bottom & doesn't get overwhelm with cheese. Love his place! They make the best chicken picatta & it's a hug serving - Gino's sent a whole pizza but the price was higher because we only wanted 5 slices Very glad & problem solved - the employee was very very helpful & mgr will call me

Shrimp Parmigiana was a complete disappointment! It was just spaghetti with six small shrimp and topped with cheese. Shrimp wasn't even breaded or a decent size.

After craving Chicken Francese, I was sorely disappointed in the quality of the meal. I had ordered 2 meals because it is my favorite Italian dish. The chicken tasted like smoke, as if the kitchen had burnt other food when it was made and the pasta in the sauce tasted like plain buttered noodles, the only hint of lemon that I recieved from the dish was the lemon that I squeezed into it. The Fried Calamari was fantastic, but as the Chicken Francese was the only reason why I ordered from this restaurant, I am not satisfied what-so-ever. I even threw the chicken away, which is the main part of the meal.
