We noticed that the prices had become much more expensive since we ordered two weeks ago, but we knew it would be good since we have been ordering from this same restaurant for several years. But we were very very disappointed. The rolls and hand rolls were very skimpy with the FBI roll about 1/2 the size it has always been. The snow crab hand roll had much less crab, only half full, and the spicy yellowtail cut roll was mostly cucumber with a few very small chopped pieces of fish. The tuna and yellowtail nigiri were smaller than normal, and the yellowtail had dark flesh attached. It showed poor knife skills as well as poor quality fish. It will be a long while before the memory of this meal leaves us and we order from this restaurant again.

Black dragon had the smallest eel that was charred and dry when we received it. The rice was also dry.
We have ordered sushi from tbem plenty of times and we were satisfied. Yesterday was a bust and im Sure it's because it was a holiday. Very apprehensive to try again when there are a ton of other sushi restaurants that offer a simple dragon roll.

Fresh and tasty sushi. Their tuna alone is delicious!! But we also enjoy their double tiger, spicy tuna, rainbow roll and hand roll cucumber. Really can't go wrong with Ginza!
