This is my 3rd time having giraffes ramen and at this point im addicted. While i will point out ,This isnt your typical ramen spot with long wait times and lines but instead has a unique tech system to retrive your orders fast and efficiently. From the savory broth to the large portions ,down to the customer service at the door ,It's a 10/10 for me.

Pros: texture of noodles was perfect and spicy tonkatsu broth was very flavorful and spicy
Cons: Salty broth. Edamame was unsalted. Shrimp tempura were the smallest I've had and the batter was thick and rubbery. Eggs were not jammy in the center, more hard boiled.

This is my favorite go to for Spicy Shrimp Tonkotsu Ramen whenever I feel the need to be home and binge watch Netflix ....with a glass of white wine! I love the Cucumber Salad with crab to ease the spice and the Fried Gyoza-Dumplings are the best but be prepared to be FULL and happy with leftovers.

Taste and portions are excellent! Edamame could use a bit more salt for me cause I love salt! But otherwise it's so good! Shoyu Ramen is perfection for me!! I would order this again or go to this place with my friend!!!

Honestly it was some solid ramen! I got the black garlic with the spicy sauce and I felt like it didnt just taste like another whatever bowl. And the spicy sauce is definitely not like the ones at every other place! Worth a try for sure
