I absolutely love this place! they're granitas are fabulous, extremely flavorful and artfully made. Their breakfast sandwiches are fresh and delicious. They are always super friendly! 10 out of 10 DO recommend.

the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich was so hot and fresh even after traveling all the way up the south hill. perfect egg, Sausage and cheese ratio, nice big sammie for the price.

Sausage Breakfast Sandwich has gross flavor with whatever sauce is on it. Fruit Smoothie was $9 for just premix blended with ice.

everything was perfectly made!! the Sausage Breakfast Sandwich had a little chipotle sauce on it and was stil hot. the Horchata Mocha was delicious too and they listened to my special request which is always rare.

Give it a shot espresso, has very good coffee, and Ryan was very helpful with helping me resolve an issue with my doordash order, when i didn't receive an item! I recommend anyone that loves Granita"s, to go get one here! It's so far the best one i have had!
