I am very iffy about this place at the moment due to the last service I had. Their specialty donuts are amazing, I will not deny, but the service needs to be a lot better or someone needs to pay better attention to what they are doing.
The first time I ordered them via Doordash. I had no issues, everything was there and perfect.
Yesterday was entirely the worst experience I’ve had and I don’t feel comfortable ordering from there.
I ordered some specialty donuts for me and my coworkers (6 specialty donuts and a croissant breakfast sandwich)… my order arrives and it is COMPLETELY wrong. They gave me a dozen plain glazed donuts and a donut breakfast sandwich which wasn’t what I paid for. Doordash was nice enough to let me reorder with no extra charge and even with the reorder MY ORDER WAS STILL WRONG!
I don’t understand how it went from perfect the first time to a week later you all mess up not once but TWICE and wasted my money.

the burgers' meat was irregular in a bad way. overcooked, cooked more than once maybe. Appeared burnt
