Unfortunately this time the meal was not the best. The chicken some bits so hard thought I was going to break a tooth. Pita bread was extremely hard it was inedible. The loaded chips had no jalapeños and very salty and the donuts even were nice had no white chocolate bits. Not as goodnas from Glen Waverley. Would not order again from the Dandenong branch

Proportions was good, but food was not. Chips was soggy and VERY salty, which was unnecessary as there was plenty of sauce on top of the HSP anyway. Would've been perfect if it was less salty.

your portion is way too small. i ordered a medium plus extra meat but your medium is not even a small serve of other store. plus i didnt see extra meat. your chips are crunchy, which is good but its over seasoned. too salty at that. you also need to give the customer more sauce. i cant even see the sauce on it overall bad experiences. will not do this again.
