OMG. I was so happy to see Gloria's on DoorDash. I used to frequent the location in Uptown when I lived nearby. Gloria does NOT disappoint in taste, portion size and quality. The Carne Asada was perfectly cooked to my preference, the yuca, Spanish rice, black beans and fried plantains were just delicious. The 2oz Chile con Queso is my favorite of quesos in Dallas. If I was told I only had one choice for a restaurant for the rest of my life, I'm pretty sure I'd choose Gloria's.

The Tacos Al Carbon were good; meat was nice & tender. Served w/ chips & varied sauces which was nice. I would've preferred a bit more guacamole accompanying the 3 tacos; next time I will know to order extra as a side. Guacamole flavor & texture also quite good.

We have ordered the Carne Asada and Skirt Steak Quesadillas multiple times and they are always wonderfully seasoned and grilled to perfection. Meat is tender. Will order again.

GLORIA'S FAILS TO DISAPPOINT!!! For years, I've only ordered their Chimichanga meal with Black Beans, as opposed to Refried Beans...theirs is the only Chimichanga that compares to my mother's, so it's my favorite Gloria's dish. Today I ordered me son the Carne Asada for my son and the meat will have you begging for more, and I don't like stake meat. Gloria’s Signature Margarita is their best drink, and another Gloria's go-to item of mine. If you like a nice adult beverage you only need one.
