The Goat Stew had tons of meat in it and the perilla leaves add so much to the flavor.It was fresh and filled to the brim so excellent value.

Scrolled through the restaurants on DoorDash and happened to see this interesting one. Not many chefs play with goat meat in California (and probably the entire U.S.), and luckily it arrived in a meal set with rice, kimchi and other traditional Korean side dishes (Though not clearly mentioned in the description). Very delighted to see that the goat meat are super tender and not feeling dry at all! A huge plus is that the soup includes goat skin in small pieces which are also stewed to a very tender mouthfeel. Mutton & skin soup is a very classic dish in Asia and I can’t imagine that in the U.S the goat/sheep’s skin are ever reserved in the restaurant or supermarket, if any. The idea of paring with yellow & red horseradish is brilliant and tasty! The spiciness of the soup is a bit over my limit, which I wished to be less, in order to emphasize the umami of the soup. Would love to try other goat-inspired dishes next time. Quite curious of the source of meat that you get? Doesn’t feel like those zombie/ over-frozen meat lack of umami and texture. Keep it up!

Quite novel and delicious to me. However, also ridiculously spicy. It isn't pointed out clearly in the description.
