First time having Gold Feather and it was delicious. The Bun Mi Fried Chicken was fire! The aioli sauce made the sandwich really awesome. If looking for a healthier option the Fried Chicken Caesar was on point. Overall food was delicious we will be ordering again for our chicken fix.

Very flavorless without the sauce or syrup on the Chicke & Waffles-Original. Fries were tasteless and soggy and NO salt whatsoever. Fried Chicken Sandwich was also very bland. Had to use the hot sauce from the chicken and waffles to add any type of flavor.

We've had gold feather several times and the order that we received tasted nothing like the Gold Feather we had in the past. The boneless wings had a completely different texture & the fries were different then the type theyve always served. We're almost positive that our food came from a different restaurant today.

If you have hypertension but love fried chicken, this might be the place for you. There was not a granule of salt to be found on anything we ordered. The ingredients seemed to be a decent quality and the chicken was crispy, but everything was just so flavorless. I was concerned that the Bun Mi Fried Chicken sandwich would be too hot for me (I have almost no tolerance for heat) but my mouth didn't even water; I think there was a half of a slice of jalapeño on it, max. The Chicken & Waffles-Original  waffles seemed light and a slightly crispy, but tasted like nothing. The food looked pretty good, but the taste was shockingly underwhelming. Based on the ratings of others, I'm going to say that maybe it was a one off, but I doubt we would reorder.

Best wings I've had in San Antonio. Highly recommend the slap yo momma and midnight cowboy.
