Food is fresh and just as described, very consistent. However they also consistently ignore simple special instructions like "cut in half" or "no tomato or lettuce" a bit annoying considering I'm paying $15.60 for a bagel

This is a no frills kinda place. You get what you ordered nothing more nothing less. Bagel sandwich was hot and fresh when delivered. Purple Rain smoothie was really good too.

Maybe this is a California thing but I prefer my bagels a bit more crispy. Not down with bagel with no color and totally soft. The smoothie was good.
