Second time I've ordered with gravy on the side and they forget to package it. Some of the chicken was very chewy. Otherwise it was ok this time around. Normally it's good.

Their only mistake was putting my salad on top of the hot items, causing the salad to be warm with melted cheese. They should be more mindful, considering their prices.
