We had a DoorDash delivery not delivered so we drove to the store to see what could be done. The manager on duty Nelson was very nice and explained how can we get the issue handled. We ordered food and he gave us a discount because he felt bad for us. We need more managers like him! Golden Chick made a good choice hiring him!
