They need to change their grease or something because everything tasted old. Tenders weren't crispy and the chicken was too hard to bite through in some parts. This was only my second time eating here and I really doubt if there will be a third.

7 out of 10 pieces were small overcooked wings. No drumsticks. Missing gravy for potatoes. Very disappointed. Usually food is great

I love the rolls most of all. the tenders are delicious. my only concern is the gravy was very thin and the lid wasn't secured so it spilled into the bag....I literally had to pour it out of the bag to have gravy on my tenders smh. please make thicker gravy.

I would like my drink to havea protetive strip that keeps anyone from opening the lid or putting a straw in it. My drink looked like someone took a drink from it, it was not a full cup. I don't want to drink it.

Items were not what I ordered... when I ordered it last time. The items were family size, this order is not what I played for. I was given a $20 meal, after paying for a $50 family pack.
