the 5 fries they put in the box with my 4 piece fish were not fresh. they sucked. I didn't get any hushpuppies with my meal. I paid $20 for the fish and basically that's the only good thing I got

So I get being busy, waiting over 20 minutes. I even left to give them more time to do my order.Go back, get my order come home and the Golden Tenders®are very small The Golden Fried Chicken is Old and dried, the fries are old and cold. I would not order again from this place. waste of time and money. oh asked for sweet tea with extra ice and received unsweet tea and very light ice.

Worse than I could ever imagine! Fish burned overcooked all hard breading not much fish in it. Plus dirty rice was like soup had to drink it! Plus I got ripped off. I ordered an extra rice and mashed potatoes and got neither of those. I know now why Golden chicks are going out of business. Horrible very disappointing to say the least. Oh and then they give me tea but has no ice. Warm yucky tea. Bad bad place.

Chicken isn't crispy, tough, didn't get the extra family size Gravy , I paid forGolden Tenders® and family size Mashed Potatoes are more of a single serving size portion

Not the dashers fault lol, but I don't understand why fountain drink gallons cost way more and you guys don't even fill it to the fill line! Dont you have to actually make the sweet tea manually instead of just switching out a box?!? Atleast make it the same price as the tea or less if you aren't finna fill it up properly. Would not order online again atleast these Gallon Drinks.
