The #1 and #8 beef pho noodles are very generous for its price! The broth is rich and the sriracha and lime a great job at
cutting through the fattiness of the beef bone broth. I do recommend ordering a bit before or after rush hour as waiting times may increase.

Fantastic and packaged noodles and meat separate from broth made sure nothing was soggy. Ample toppings and great flavor. Fresh spring rolls excellent packaging and delicious. Best of all... two sides of peanut sauce.

I ordered the #36 and it was amazing! The plate included a lot of meat and veggies which I liked. They gave me two sauces to go with the vermicelli bowl and I really enjoyed the sauce overall, it was very light and perfect to use on top of everything. I would definitely order this for lunch again.

The meat is very tender and flavorful. The portion is great, enough for two ladies. And it is very fresh, no sogginess nor vegetables turning yellow. Love it so much. Definitely worth the money.

40. Bun Cha Gio, Heo, Bo or Ga Nuo was okay. The pork was noticeably overcooked, but it still had some of the typical *thit heo* flavor. I'd order this dish again if I were craving Vietnamese food in the city, but otherwise I'd rather make the trip to SJ.
I was excited to see Southern-style pho on the menu since most pho restaurants in SF serve Northern-style pho, but I was disappointed. The 05. Tai was one of the blandest bowls of pho I've had, and I've eaten plenty of mediocre pho over the past few years from places using cheaper ingredients to imitate real bone broth. The broth tasted like it was made from pho broth powder and lacked the rich, complex flavor that defines a good pho broth.
The takeout packaging made things even worse. The noodles arrived already cooked and sitting in a Chinese paper takeout container. Since I ordered the pho to eat later, the noodles had already started breaking apart by the time I transferred them into another container that wouldn't leak.
