Golden Rule is the oldest continuously running restaurant in the state of Alabama, and the sixteenth oldest in the country. If there’s one thing we’ve learned in all that time, it’s how to BBQ.
This is delicious, the ribs are juicy and good. I got the green beans, which have a Lil smoked meat in them! I even like the potato salad, just hate it's all in one container and not separate. Other than that will definitely order from here again!

TheCHEESEBURGER and FRENCH FRIES were so fresh, amazing flavor, large portions like so so many fries. The jumbo burger fills me up and then some.

Pork rinds were out of this world.
Potatoe was good except I asked for NO ONIONS and my potato was covered in green onions and the cheese to go on top of the potato was in a separate cup that was covered in green onions. I had specifically asked for NO ONIONS. All the food was tasty as long as I didn't get one of the green onions that I didn't order. The potato had a lot of bbq pork and a lot of bacon. I ordered extra cheese and I think they only sent what should have been without extra because I had only 1 cup and it was at least half full of green onions that I didn't want. Haven't eaten sny of the choc cake yet but it looks and smells delicious. Ordered extra bbq sauce and it was delivered as well as extra butter and no sour cream as I didn't want any.
The food was delicious even with the problems. I will definitely order again because it's hard to beat Golden Rule

I ordered a Jumbo Pork Sand and a regular size Pork Sandwich both were supposed to have sauce on the side and no pickle. When they arrived they were exactly the way they were supposed to be as well as being hot, fresh and delicious. I also received 2 small sides of BBQ sauce for the jumbo and 1 for the reg. size which was plenty of sauce for me (who is someone that likes a lot of sauce). The cheesecake and lemon pie were also excellent both in taste and size. This meal was so good I am about to order it again plus a few extras. Thank you to the cooks, expediting staff, and anyone else responsible for this job well done!!!

best hamburger steak I have had on years. Baked potatoe was extra large and delicious. Slaw was very good as was green beans. banana pudding was excellent. I didn't get the bread I ordered and no untinsels were not included.
