Our mapo tofu is made with an broad bean paste imported from szechaun. Grounded pork, beef, and soft tofu are stir fried together in a wok with the szechaun bean paste and chilly pepper. A sprinkle of roasted peppercorn to enhance the taste.
We use a special udon noodle, cook then chilled in ice. Serve chilled with a slightly spicy and tangy sesame sauce.
Our Japanese style curry is made with our soup broth. Pan seared onions, carrots, and boneless chicken meats are cooked slowly with the curry. Slightly spicy.
