always accurate, always tastes great. i got the earl grey milk tea with 3J and its amazing every time

Terrible. The pearls were too small and hard- it was clear they weren't fresh. A simple drink like the Dirty Brown Sugar Latte with Pearls didn't taste good and all the brown sugar was dissolved vs on the side of the cup. I wont be reordering from here

It basically came to me as cold tea with no hints of Carmel and with the only taste being watery milk tea and the pearls. 😭 Caramel Milk Tea
