They don't actually have chocolate waffles apparently. Paid for one but when we received it it was golden colored like the original. They insisted it was chocolate despite it looking nothing like the picture and having zero chocolaty flavor. They refused to replace it or refund it. Bummer.

Large Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk Tea Iced was very good but the creme brulee was a syrup at the bottom so you have to stir it yourself. Large Strawberry Milk Tea Iced was alright, tastes like strawberry milk not much to say.

Usually the order from this store is always good, but this time the peach milk tea was not a milk tea, it was a regular tea, it was still good, but just disappointed since I order milk tea, not regular tea. The other order was good and correct as ordered .

My strawberry milk tea was bland, I was also still able to taste the milk power and some of the other ingredients that weren't mixed thoroughly.

the Matcha Waffle is so delicious and warm every time, it's my favorite snack. I love the tea selections and that they have alternate milks for some.
