• 4/26/22I don't usually leave bad reviews but this is the worst milk tea I ever tasted. Way too much sugar and no taste of tea. All I can taste is powdered milk and sugar.... Will not get from this place agian. Very disappointed

• 10/9/21I always order boba from here & have tried almost all of the menu. Tastes good, but the only downside is the sweetness. 100% is way too sweet (sugar water) but 70% (the next option below) tastes bland. Wish they had an option for 80% or 90% sweetness.

• 11/24/23Gong Cha is usually good and I have ordered here many times in the past however when ordering today not a single tea out of 4 was correct. All teas were just plain black teas not even milk teas and none of the toppings, syrups, or inclusions that I paid for were received.
