I can't get enough of the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly. It's sweet and savory at the same time and the addition of the herbal jelly gives it just enough underlying bitterness for a delicious texture and contrast. I love that Gong Cha finally opened up in Miami, though I believe their Taro Latte is very different from the one I had in New York. The Taro Latte here in Miami doesn't have fresh taro chunks and seems very powdery.

It's tea... It's soup... It's Gong Cha's Tea-Infused Soup! I tried both the Oolong Infused Tom Yum Noodle Soup and the Black Tea Infused Mushroom Truffle Soup. The Oolong Infused Tom Yum Noodle Soup is culinary ingenuity in a paper cup. It's aromatic and comforting and the tea really balances the spiciness of the Tom Yum, adding a layer of fragrant brightness that is just perfect for a cloudy Miami day. They should make the Oolong Infused Tom Yum Noodle Soup a permanent addition to the Gong Cha menu.

when we got there, we were told that there is no tapioca pearls. also the milk tea is watery and there is way too much ice in the XL. disappointing
