Extremely poor experience. The first time I ordered, I received a phone call to tell me that they were out of guacamole and I would have to cancel the order in order to avoid being charged. OK no big deal. Then I order a second time immediately after and it takes about an hour and a half for the order, despite the estimated time to be less than 30 minutes. Then the food comes. Not only are they missing items in the order, but the fries are burnt and the salads have very little in them. To top it all off, they gave me guacamole! Never again with this restaurant.

I love their B.A.L.T. wrap! The tempeh is always crispy and the avocado is fresh. Their PB& J smoothie is also really good :-)
