• 7/19/25Ordered a Regular Concrete. Very few toppings. Only had toppings in the top, not mixed throughout. No spoons given. Quality and taste has really gone down in the past few months.

• 3/15/26Regular Concrete Tasted so good that it was gone in 10 minutes they give you a decent amount of toppings and it was so fresh i would definitely order again

• 6/26/25The ice cream of course is amazing; there's tons of options and I love that, it all tastes good. But specific on Strickland- you guys seem terribly undermanaged. The lines are often long and mostly at night. It makes people want to go somewhere else, I appreciate that they give you seating though but not for when you're there for 20 minutes waiting for 2 people to make some ice cream!

• 2/9/24I ordered a Pints of Mint Chocolate Chip AND Chocolate. I wanted half/half. I only got mint. mint is gross by itself in larger quantities (its just an overbearing flavor) so I'm very disappointed. 3 stars because the mint custard is delicious but I really wanted the chocolate in there too.
