Too much hot sauce, and I like spicy but the bread was covered in it top to bottom and forgot the bacon in the bacon egg and cheese. It was like eating hot sauces drenched eggs on a sandwich.

Good bagel, even if overpriced. Poor review because they need to have an option for "toasted". I called to ask to make sure they were toasted and they still didnt toast the bagels

This place fell off a cliff after the remodel and ive been going there for 15 years. Thought my last order was a fluke but clearly its a pattern. Both bagels I ordered came with virtually no cream cheese. If I could attach pictures i would because it's outright embarrassing. I got 2 dry bagels for $5.20 each. One bialy with chive cream cheese and one everything with vegetable cream cheese. This is what cutting corners to save on cost does.
