I use Door Dash a lot and Frisch's is consistently good and fresh. The Super Big Boy and Hand-Breaded Onion Rings are fantastic! And now their Pumpkin Pie is back!

Tonight I ordered two chef's salads and received two half filled side salad containers. The chef's salads usually come in big 12 x 12 inch Styrofoam boxes. The side salad was in a 3 x5 container. When I called to get the problem straightened out, management told me that it was my problem not theirs. They may be ok to go in and eat at. But I will never order from them again. The manager on duty was very rude, agitated and had horrible customer service.

I paid $17 for a whole pie. They gave me a small slice. I also asked for a large fry. I got a box with fries not even half full. Very disappointed.

it was very apparents that the Buns have gotten smaller causing the meal not to be as filling. But my husband went in to pick up our online order and was ignored. He asked for help and was told just a minute. Noone came back our food was cold.

Fries were not good, tasted stale, cold. Sandwich were sloppil put together and messy. Onion rings wee ok. Just not very appealing Weve had better from this store before so perhaps just an off night.
