Patty Melt and onion rings were excellent!
However, the Big Boy was not a Big Boy. It was a one Patty of beef with 2 thick pieces of bread. I call and spoke to the manager Bridgette and will get a replacement at a later date. It was handled well.

I was very disappointed with this order. I did not receive the French Toast I ordered at all. The scrambled eggs were not scrambled but fried and they were cold. The hashbrowns were not quite done and soggy. Not a good meal. :(

I had ordered a hot fudge cake and when my dasher went to go pick it up they said they didn't have any more of the cake so I asked if I could replace it and they said I could, so I asked for a vanilla shake and then they said I could only order one of there pie's because it was in the same price range but the thing is a shake is cheaper then a pie so it didn't make any sense as to why I couldn't get one. So I called my dasher and asked to tell them a what I said and I couldn't hear the lady through the phone be nasty about it but in the end I had gotten a shake but then when I received and looked at the shake almost all of the shake had whipped cream in it and the little bit of shake they had gave me in the cup, I could still taste the ice like they didn't even blend it fully. All in all the dasher was very apologetic and nice about the situation but the store was nasty and petty. Terrible experience doordashing from Frisch's.

This is the first ever that the cole slaw is bad. Tasted so bad that I had to dispose of it for fear of getting food poison.
