Not sure if thats the way chocoaltecookies are supposed to be. But I got two very hard and stale ones. But the cookie slice is great !

One of my cookies that I ordered was supposed to be a red velvet cookie. The employees either ran out, didn't put effort into making one, or got confused and decided to put the "strawberry crinkle" cookie in there instead. All my other cookies were chocolate chip or m&ms.
I wasted my money for the velvet cookie and not only that, but they packaged that strawberry cookie with everything else together and had the other cookies tasting like strawberrys.
If you ran out of the velvet wouldnt you at least replace it with a cookie that you know the customer wanted, like the 3 other cookies that were ordered with it (chocolate and m&ms) not just a random cookie?

The wax paper was left in the bottom so it was very hard to cut and slice up

Everything came out good the only thing was that I wrote the name and they still spelled wrong it was supposed to be Ezequiel
