Ordered the Montreal Poutine. By the time it arrived the cheese has congealed, whatever gravy had been added had disappeared and the fries were stale. Very disappointing considering a very positive previous experience.

The burger was cold and looked and tasted like a mass produced patty rather than home made .. not great
Onion rings had heavy batter not great either

This is the second time Great Burger Kitchen forgot to put cheese on my burger even though I paid for it. The burgers were cold too.
