Pretty hit or miss. The beef soup only has basic greens with noodles and a basic stock with close to no meat. For the price of $17 it wasnt worth it at all. The milk tea and rice were good and the food came in a cute reusable bag.

Either the owner changed or the cook changed. Both chicken and beef not fresh and overall quality dropped significantly

The witches brew is so yummy! It has all the goodies in it! It's like a milk tea/coffee with red beans and boba.

The minced meat to rice ratio is not the best at this location. However, their teas are good and the taste itself is good.
