We ordered 20 drinks at 8 AM. Speedy deliver. Great condition, the taste is amazing(of course), and they have a beautiful handwriting. ♡

When I arrived, nobody in the store greeted me, nobody came when I walked up to the pickup counter for my DoorDash order. I didn't see any drinks ready so I waited a bit. When I looked up from my phone a few minutes later, I saw a bag but nobody announced my name. I had to walk up again to the counter, and call someone over to give me my order. No sense of customer service at all. Please train these younger adults to provide better attention to their customers!!
Otherwise, coffee was delicious and chocolate croissant was small but tasty.

The latte is fine; the oatmeal was a joke. They literally gave me only 3 spoonfuls of oatmeal. Less than half as much as a Starbucks oatmeal, which is already small, and 1/3rd as much as a Coffeeebar oatmeal. It tasted great; wish there was enough for a serving.

Vegan Deluxe (V) tasted alright. but come looking like a tiny burrito. it looked like someone grabbed it with one hand and squeezed it as tight as possible. looked nothing likea croissant or sandwich. was excited to try another vegan breakfast sandwich, but looks like Peet's and Philz will be the move from now on. Iced Matcha Latte (GF | V) was okay. not the best but drinkable. I had a discount but I'd never pay full price for it.

Wow. This was bad. The Iced Biscotti Testarossa had a strong artificial flavor of cherry, which is not even in the ingredients, while the Pistachio Muffin had a bright, neon green color, and tasted of cheap artificial pistachio flavor. At least the portions were good sized and it all seemed fresh. But no, I would never order this again.
