Ordered 16oz Biscotti Testarossa , received 10oz of liquid in 16oz cup. Poor coffee flavor, even with add shot. Tastes like syrup milk with burnt/bitter aftertaste. Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie is advertised to be topped with crushed candy cane but is not, which is disappointing, but it's got nice texture, great chocolate flavor, and is a good size

Recieved my breakfast sandwhich significantly burnt, including a large black portion that should have been noticed before the order was sent out. The Blue Steel energy has a very bitter lemon flavor that I can't recommend. Would not order again.
