Food is good, better than most places about. Only issue is another weird cheese was put in a grill cheese which was not requested. Making the sandwich inedible for the eater who only requested straight up American cheese.

It's been hard to find a decent steak and cheese in Gloucester. I'd recommend better quality steak and actually see the cheese on sub, especially when I paid for extra cheese.
