• 8/15/23I have frequented Grill Point in person over the years and their food has always been fresh and plentiful. This is my first time ordering through door dash and r they did not disappoint. Quality is still top notch!

• 3/21/23One of my items was out of stock--they substituted for a more expensive item that I couldn't eat and charged me extra for it! Without calling me! Awful customer service, and the food was not worth the price too.

• 3/18/25The food was delicious but the soda was a problem. I ordered a Coke Zero. It was not included in my order. The Dasher went back and came back with a regular Coke. Not his fault because it was wrapped in a sealed bag. Called the restaurant and was on hold for 13 minutes and then I gave up.
