Grimm has always been great, but has become over time one of my top 3 breweries in the city alongside Other Half and LIC Beer Project. The big flagship IPAs you'd expect to be amazing are indeed amazing. What really gets me though is their breadth. Even the Grimm Lite is delicious, the Grimm Weisse is maybe my favorite wheat beer of all time, and their seasonal sours are always inventive and distinct, though my mileage varies in terms of enjoyment. Grimm has a little something for everyone in this regard. Their staples never dissapoint, and their rotating stuff is always at least cool and different.
