We are delighted to bring southern food to El Paso, Texas. We are currently located on the west side of El Paso, where the chef has created authentic dishes.
The fried pork chops were so delicious! You get two thick bone Soulful-Fried Pork Chops. I got the yams and collard greens and OMG so amazing! For dessert I had the Double Crusted Peach Cobbler also fantastic!
I highly recommend the food and will absolutely be eating from here again!

I was so excited to try G’s Cajun House, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The portion size, quality, and overall taste were a major letdown. The food lacked flavor and did not live up to the expectations I had based on the reviews and reputation.
The biggest disappointment was the double crust peach cobbler. It tasted like it may have been left over from the day before—dry, uninspiring, and definitely not worth the $8 price tag, especially in this economy. For that price, I expected something fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite, but it fell far short of expectations.
Overall, the meal was bland and underwhelming. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the food simply did not deliver on taste, quality, or value.

If your looking for true down home southern flavors go no further than Gs southern Kitchen ! I ordered the Fancy Fried Chicken with Mac and cheese and potatoe salad as a side. The chicken was so crispy and juicy , seasoned just right. Mac was creamy and buttery , potatoe salad was tangy and fresh. For dessert we had the Southern Banana Pudding and the Double Crusted Peach Cobbler and my gosh both were phenomenal ! I even got a little contaieof vanilla ice cream for the peach cobbler which had deliciously fresh peaches in a melt in your mouth crust enrobed in sweet spices . The banana pudding had fresh slices of banana blending into the creamy sweetness of shortbread cookies . 10/10!

The fried Fancy Fried Chicken was super crispy and flavorful . The Deep-Fried Catfish Nuggets were delicious. The Mac and cheese was perfectly cheesy baked. The potato salad was good but I wish I would've got something else. The greens had good flavor. It took an hour to get our food, but I could tell it was freshly made so it was worth it. The portions are large. The only downside as others have said is that we didn't receive the Southern Banana Pudding. I would order again or go in person next time

Every item was made so flavorful! I've never had Smoked Neck Bones before and I feel like I will need to have them weekly now! They are fall off the bone tender and seasoned to absolute perfection! The fried catfish is SCRUMPTIOUS! You get a crispy golden crust with the flakiness of the catfish that will leave you in Heaven! Portions are generous but the food is so good you'll forget about sharing! Warning the cornbread is addictive! The greens have a freshness, tenderness, and unforgettable flavor! This restaurant is a newly found treasure that I highly recommend to anyone looking to have a culinary experience!
