Build Your Steak Best cheesesteak I've had in Dallas so far and I've tried a few different places! Kids Mac & Cheese bites were fried well and came with a sweet sauce for dipping. The customer service was GREAT, in person and over the phone!

I ordered the Cooper Sharp and it came in a joke of a "roll", very slim and shallow, not much meat. It tastes like the grill/flattop it was cooked on hasn't been cleaned or scraped all day long.
The French Fries could be great if they didn't use that packaging, it makes them soggy and bland. The fries make the meal, nobody likes opening the container and having soaking wet French fries.
There is GREAT POTENTIAL don't get me wrong, but some changes are needed for sure.

I just had a food experience so good it deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. Drop whatever you’re doing and get yourself to G’s Cheesesteaks—or hit them up on DoorDash—because this place is the real deal.
I started with the Truffle Wiz Wit , and let me tell you—I was skeptical at first. Truffle can be hit or miss, but this? This was straight-up magic. I think I blacked out for a second from sheer flavor overload. The steak? Juicy. The cheese? Gooey perfection. The truffle? Just enough to elevate it without being overpowering. I’ve eaten a lot of cheesesteaks in my life, and this one? Easily top-tier.
Then, because I clearly have no self-control, I went for The Classic —but here’s the kicker: they serve it on a house-made seeded bun (pretzel vibes, but even better). It’s soft, slightly chewy.
And because I was feeling extra, I had to try the Fried Mac & Cheese Bites . Perfect!!

Cooper Sharp was really good, but I'm not a fan of the seeded bread, it tasted burnt. Very large sandwich, fed me for 2 meals. The Onion Rings were good, but the 16oz Fountain sweet tea was horrible. Wasn't sweet, didn't taste fresh.

The cheesesteak is huge and juicy. They included my order notes of adding mayo to my sandwich but the truffle fries were a huge miss. The Truffle Fries sauce was not aesthically pleasing and there was too much of it. Everything arrived fresh but I don't feel it's worth the price point.
