Build Your Steak Best cheesesteak I've had in Dallas so far and I've tried a few different places! Kids Mac & Cheese bites were fried well and came with a sweet sauce for dipping. The customer service was GREAT, in person and over the phone!

I just had a food experience so good it deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. Drop whatever you’re doing and get yourself to G’s Cheesesteaks—or hit them up on DoorDash—because this place is the real deal.
I started with the Truffle Wiz Wit , and let me tell you—I was skeptical at first. Truffle can be hit or miss, but this? This was straight-up magic. I think I blacked out for a second from sheer flavor overload. The steak? Juicy. The cheese? Gooey perfection. The truffle? Just enough to elevate it without being overpowering. I’ve eaten a lot of cheesesteaks in my life, and this one? Easily top-tier.
Then, because I clearly have no self-control, I went for The Classic —but here’s the kicker: they serve it on a house-made seeded bun (pretzel vibes, but even better). It’s soft, slightly chewy.
And because I was feeling extra, I had to try the Fried Mac & Cheese Bites . Perfect!!

The cheesesteak is huge and juicy. They included my order notes of adding mayo to my sandwich but the truffle fries were a huge miss. The Truffle Fries sauce was not aesthically pleasing and there was too much of it. Everything arrived fresh but I don't feel it's worth the price point.

I'm from Philly and I've looking for something close a good cheesesteak and I have to say this place tops any in Dallas. The meat was seasoned well and everything was delicious. The portion was a lot , everything fresh. Will definitely order again.

I went to College in Philadelphia, majoring in Cheesesteak. In Dallas, I've lived a lifetime of Cheesesteak sadness, disappointment, and regret.
Until now. If you want: 1) your instructions followed; 2) wiz as your cheese (the only acceptable alternative is provolone); 3) solid portions; and 4) a tasty roll that arrives crispy, you have found your place here.
