This is my go-to order here. As a delivery, it makes two meals for me - the chalupa, taco, and cheese puff the first night, and the rest reheats easily the next night. And the salsa is the right level of spicy.

I have eaten @ Guadalaja many times. I am always pleased with their food and their service.
It is the best Mexican food restaurant in Bastrop!! 10 out of 10 every time. Their shrimp are perfect regardless of how they are cooked.
They are a great family run busines and always have a smile for everyone.

I paid almost $15 for combo quesadillas and they literally stuffed it with onions bell peppers, and cheese. I have very little meat definitely not worth it. And when I say very little, I mean, they probably cut up two pieces of fajita and sprinkled it everywhere.

The taste is great but there is little to no sauce on these enchiladas. Kind of bare for a $14 plate, pretty much tortillas covered in cheese

Carne Guisada came with a lot of meat and gravy but was salty and did not come with tortillas so could not eat. Did not have an option for beans. Pictured showed charro beans but I got refried. I do not like refried beans that much but they were okay. Rice had an off flavor, similar to cheap butter flavored oil spray or weird mold, could not eat. Beef Enchiladas(3) had almost no sauce and was very dry. Red salsa was very salty and mostly tastes like canned tomato and tomato sauce but was okay.
