Guadalupe Mountain Brewing *always* knocks it out of the park on quality, consistency, and outstanding customer service. Tonight, they entered a new stratosphere. I DoorDashed their New Mexico Green Chile pizza, my favorite, for delivery. The pizza that arrived was better than ever, topped with even bigger chunks of chicken and even more bacon crumbles, and a crust with the perfect char, tenderness, and crispiness. Leave it to these guys and gals to take an already great pizza to an exceptional level. So grateful to have this spot in Carlsbad.

Pizza was burned, overcooked and black on the edges. Ham and cheese sandwich was saturated with dressing (which should have been separate for a to go order) bread was soggy and unable to eat. Very expensive door dash to not be able to to eat the food.

Garlic parm wings were really good, buffalo was too salty and lemon pepper was upsetting they were over powered with lemon pepper seasoning it was too much. Margherita pizza was very delicious, I was upset because I had ordered a Pepperoni and added Canadian bacon and jalapeños and there was no pepperoni on it. Overall it was ok but not worth the price I paid.

We had the Margherita and the white mushroom pizza. They forgot the arugula on one but I had some. They were very delicious and cooked really well. The crust was a little crispy and a llittle chewy, just like we like it.. Not a slice went to waste. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

the chips for the nachos were so stale they were like chewing rubber. the cheese curds were cold and hard and there was literally 10 of the tiniest crunchiest bits and that was it. disgusting. at least the pretzel was fine
