The steak is back to its delicious texture and taste and the onions are on point. The chimichurri is still missing something but I can't quite put my taste on what it is, but I added some salt and pepper to it and that did the job. I shows you have improved the Churrasco con Chimichurri and I am happy that you take your reviews seriously. Thank you so much Guantanamera!
