21. Guay Tiew Ruea 🌶️
Was delicious. Visited Thailand twice and this truly lives up to the dish's name. I will have to pay a visit in store! Can only imagine what it tasted like piping hot! A little thinner compared to traditional boat noodles but the flavor is exactly what you want. 10/10 must try. Please don't ever leave Portland, Guay Tiew!

omg, only had the namesake 21. Guay Tiew Ruea 🌶️ so far and I am hooked. cracklins, tender pork, and the broth is delicious. amazing new spot in the neighborhood!

Everything was great. Seriously so good. Vinegar definitely has a kick so add a bit at a time to find your spice level.
Note that the "meatless" options that aren't marked vegan are made with bone broths so are not vegetarian, they just are served with tofu. We confirmed the vegan marked items are truly vegan if you get the rice noodles. Would absolutely get his again if we're back here especially since we don't have this kind of Thai food local to us. I wasn't hungry when we ordered and I ate all of my vegan curry dish.
