Wow! Gunther Toody's is one of our go tos for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner for good reason. The egg on our Ernest Hemingway was enviably over easy (and I am not the over easy fan!), the parfaits' granola was kept perfectly crunchy, and the green chili on the huevos rancheros was the perfect blend of kick and flavor, not to mention coffees being kept hot!
The ONLY suggestion I have is to get rid of the flour tortilla. I have had the huevos rancheros on numerous occasions, and aside from just not being traditional (corn tortillas are traditional), they tend to soak up the flavor of the green chili that could instead be on my eggs, and it makes me sad. Lol. (Yellow corn tortillas add flavor, and no tortillas allow the chile to shine.) That green chili needs to speak for itself. It is that good!

I've been searching for a diner closer to me and I'm so glad I found Gunther's today. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. The French Toast 1/2 order was so good, just the right amount of powdered sugar. The Hash Browns were exactly the way that I like them, the perfect amount of crisp. Really great prices! Safe to say I found my new favorite diner.

I'm not sure who made my food today but I'm genuinely disappointed. I've always had such a great experience with this diner but today the food was a complete let down and waste of money. My hashbrowns were so hard, I could barely bite them. They only gave me 1 triangle of French toast. The only thing decent were the eggs. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering here again.

French Toast was fluffy and not overly sweet.Side Elvis Browns are every sloppy delicious thing my taste buds wanted all at once. Gunther never disappoints!

For the price of the mick jagger, I would expect more food. This is abysmally small portion. It was put in a full size box and only took up maybe a quarter of the box, the portion in store is at least 3 times the size. I also would love to have option on the Chocolate Shake so I can add malt. Their malt shakes are the best
