This is the 2nd time I've ordered the Monte Cristo, and it's just as good as the 1st one! It's huge, packed with flavor and fried to perfection! It's totally worth every penny!

2 Egg Combo hashbrowns were hard and tasteless.

The food was OK, but we had much higher expectations. The Chile Relleno Breakfast was very dissapointing to say the least - not a normal Relleno at all and breaded in something thick and heavy. Our Chicken fried chicken was very small, and honestly had very little chicken. The Cinnamon Apple French Toast was alright, but some bites were very salty which was strange. Overall it was not worth the price at all. Diner food is diner food, but this was not even on that level.

Underrated place, both for in-person dining and busy workday meals. The prices are reasonable, and they got great options, whether you need want to eat hearty or healthy, or any mix between. Even if you're on a shoestring budget. The staff there provide a community service IMHO, places like this that fulfill this type of role are extremely rare outside of rural towns. And did I mention you can eat the cheddar broccoli soup with a FORK? I tip harder when I go in person to make up for tips they're likely missing from DD, genuinely appreciate all the staff, more than they could know.
