This place is so amazing the flavors and the quality of the fried chicken and the perfect amount of seasoning I am form the Bahamas and this is the the closestfried chicken and food you will get here in Tennessee the slaw
Is amazing and crisp blends perfect When dipping your chicken in the slaw gravy the collards are on point very tasty I would highly recommend this place and not to mention the Coconut Pie (Slice)brought me back to my grandma Made the best desserts and fish ,chicken . Thank you so much i will be ordering again very soon and oh they gave me a second slice of Coc Pie (Slice) for free what a life saver my wife would have been pissed because its so delicious

Chicken, okra, potato salad, baked beans, Mac 'n Cheese all great and well prepared. Coconut pie amazingly delicious, the custard comes through well. First time trying, definitely will not be last. I understand why so popular, the hype is well deserved! Doordash was exact on time too!

We ordered the chicken sandwich combos, fried pickles, and lemonade. The chicken sandwich is always consistent and a good size, along with good flavor. I put coleslaw on top of mine and it's always a step up. The fried pickles very good, and give you a ton of spears, unlike some restaurants that usually give like 4-5. The lemonade could have been better, didn't taste completely fresh, possible a mix of some sort. Either way I got the drink for the cup, but I've heard the sweet tea is the go to thing there so that will have to be tried next time when I order again. All in all it's a great restaurant if you want wholesome southern food.

Food was great. Ordered 4 tender meal and a single extra tender. Was given 8-9 tenders in total and some extra sides an sauce. Food was warm upon arrival as every item was kept in styrofoam packaging. Tenders had a nice crispy outside with juicy inside. Full of flavor as well. Coleslaw is fantastic. Mac n cheese was super cheesy with a nice thick sauce and thick noodles (perfect in my opinion). The beans were also decent but nothing to write home about, but I am also not the biggest fan of beans in the first place so for someone who loves beans they would probably be great.

This is my first time at Gus's; and boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! The chicken was juicy and with a little kick in the breading. Slaw was just like I like it, potato salad creamy and delicious... What can I say except yummy 😋 pie was soo good 💯
