I'm visiting a friend in Elizabeth and looking for something to eat. I ordered because I'm Guyanese and wanted to see if it was authentic. BABY, THEY PASSED THE VIBE CHECK! We ordered the Jerk Chicken with fried rice, Brown Stew Chicken and Curry Chicken with rice & peas, Cheese Roll and everything was delicious! I mean, down to the ginger in the fried rice. I have a new spot!

Dhal Puri  wasn't good this time. I usually get it from here but this batch of Puri tasted like mostly flour and I noticed it's much smaller this time. The Curry chicken had way too much oil. I don't know what happened with the food this time around because it's usually good but I was highly disappointed and they forgot my Cheese Roll. Roti was smaller than usual as well.

Hands down the best Jerk Chicken I have had in New Jersey. The chicken was fresh and juicy and correct amount of seasoning and spices. The pieces are cut in the right way and not like how some stores chop them up and you don't know what part you're eating.  I also ordered the Curry Chicken! Wow again perfect! The rice and peas had perfect amount of gravy over it too! I highly recommended this place.  They definitely know what they are doing here... 6 stars!

They used to hit every time , but Isk what happened. Whoever was cookin like 3 years ago needs to come back cause everything brown stew taste like cinnamon and the jerk is just hit or miss . It wasn't even cooked enough and then they fill up the vegetable slot with rice and put the tiniest scoop of cabbage on top . The only thing that stays bussin is the pine tart .

The Fried Rice was nothing like the picture it's not a large portion and it doesn't bring fried vegetables and fried plantains in it. The taste is good but the portions are very disappointing. They give dog rations and not even  and the Sweet Plantains brings me very small amount for 6$ dollars
