Fries were cold a soggy and my drink was not even in the bag. The dasher had to wait but my chips were clearly made for ages. And the pico was not fresh today, it was clearly a batch made yesterday.
Tell me again how GYG is nothing but the freshest. Zambrero is killing you guys lately

Unfortunately the chicken in both the Nacho Fries & the Bowls were overcooked, blackened & very dry. Only half the chicken was edible. They're usually great but not this time.

the burritos are all rice no meat and very tasteless. completely disgusting just getting massive mouth fulls of rice. there's 1 tiny piece of chicken in every bite not like normal.

I live their nachos, but this time, nachos had bad smells as I felt it was not fresh or oil was used before. and the amount was less than other times
