Pleasantly surprised how delicious the brisket beef was, would definitely order again (though next time I'd get a normal burrito rather than the cali - chips go a bit soggy inside)

the portion size is good. the food is not bad. i got the pulled shiitake mushroom bowl. the pulled shiitake mushroom was so much better than i expected! i wish they listed what ingredients are in the bowl. i went off by what was removable on the list below. i thought guac was an ingredient. the bowl had a lot of rice and only few chips. i had to reheat the fries in the airfryer. they were good but the seasoning needed to sprinkled more evenly. Bowls are decent. wish toppings like coriander were still free though. the mandarin jarritos is my favourite.

the bowl was deliciouss! highly recommend, very generous portion. the mini nacho fries were a too sour for me and soggy but still pretty good- the braised beef is so tender and yum but I wish they gave more and added more cheese. overall really good experience, will def be ordering again!

Never had issues with GYG before. This time burrito was mostly just rice and meat. Very little beans and salsa. Was like eating a rice wrap not a burrito. Hesitant to order again from here.

There was no guacamole in any of the burritos, I ordered guac on every burrito but didn't receive any.
When I ordered, it was showing a 15minute wait. But it took an hour. This was very long espescially when I purchase priority delivery.
In total I paid extra for the guacamole and delivery and received neither.
