Found something weird in my bowl. Burnt, dried pieces of chicken. Added the guac - given hardly anything compared to other GYG chains. Order 3 Side of Chipotle Mayo given a dallop in each. Wouldn't order again.

New Underwood store...not as good as it normally is from the browns plains hopefully they improve with time....hard 3 Tacos was nice but lacked topping n flavour
Nacho Fries same again very dry paid extra for sour cream barely any added not much chicken n was bland disappointed as gyg is normally my favourite 😔

great taste but there was a lot of liquid in the bottom of the bowl which was unpleasant. no much meat either considering th price

Consistent, good quality product. Always fresh, moreish, hearty stuff! No complaints. The only thing to improve is customer service. Most looked like they don't want to be there. Maybe it's the heat?
