chips honestly feel like they were microwaved from cold. Not a single crispy chip, honestly like rubber. Really disappointed. the chicken bites are freshly cooked either and have the texture of being in the bay Marie all day. Dry and rubbery. considering the store is only around the block from my house there is no way this is due to transit with the dasher. This is just terrible food. lucky I have a sick kid or I'd be turning up to make the complaint in person it's pretty much not edible.
