Gyros Stop has been a staple in Springfield, Illinois since 1984, specializing in Greek-American cuisine. It was started by the Christofilakos family and is still currently family owned and operated.
Gyro stop is a go to favorite. I love the 1/2 lb. Gyro Bowl and option to grab Pita Bread depending on what I'm going for. The Onion Rings (7) are always great and food is always fresh!

the Big Gyro was off the chain, I'll tell you. it was moist and the pita bread was nice and soft. the Cheese Fries was yummy, I just wish the cheese was already on the fries. I understand though the reason why. don't won't soggy fries or wet fries. the Baklava was done too perfection as it melted in my mouth with a crunchy feeling that made my mouth water for more. the Mushrooms (10) was just good, I can eat dozens and dozens of mushrooms as a meal in actuality. overall 2 👍

The heroes were delicious and the fries with feta cheese on them were delicious as well. I have a problem with is there's a delivery fee of four dollars and some change and a service fee and the two of those add up to about eight dollars then there's a tip on there and then there's another amount on there. I'm not I think that's normal so When I had an order of 24  I thought that was good because your quality is good, but I dislike it having to pay the service fee and the delivery fee when I can order groceries and get them free I can order from Walgreens and get it free. I can order from any other food a lot of other food deliveries, and get it without any service so that was 89 dollars added onto it makes a huge difference when you're looking at ordering heroes again that are $24 and then after everything's added on it's 33 big difference for a working person. That's just my opinion .

My Gryo was good even though I took the meat and warmed it over myself and it was really small for nine dollars my opinion. Overall I still ate it .

The Horshose didn't have very much meat on it! Won't re-order! The Spinach Pie was overcooked ,soggy. Won't reorder!
