This is one of my fav places and I had to try a quick meal for dinner and I was not disappointed! This was a deal for less than $20 well worth it!

Chicken was ok, the beef was really good. Great flavor and not at all fatty! Rice portion was HUGE, So great deal if you're hungry. Miso was tasty and had lots of seaweed. Salad was fresh as well. I would order again when I'm in dtla.

Absolutely one of my favorites!! Food is always on point. The Garlic Fried Rice Bowl is so flavorful and the meat in the Gyu-Combo: 2 Choice of Protein was so fresh and the sauce is amazing. Vegetable Spring Rolls were crunchy and sauce to go with it has the perfect flavor. This was enough food to feed 2 people. Can't forget to mention that I had to order a bottle of the sweet soy sauce because it is way too good!!

First time and got the family Gyu-Family Meal for All so we could try a little of everything and was so impressed. Every dish was flavorful and balanced. Plenty for 4 people. Quick delivery even on a Saturday night. Will definitely order again.

This review is just in regard to my recent order. I am usually super happy with Gyu-kaku. I order the salad & the sukiyaki bibimbap and usually love them both but today...wow. The bibimbap was awful. All of the beef inside was stringy and you couldn't even chew the beef. and so much of the bowl was mushy. A very strange texture. We had to throw away almost all the beef from the dish. This was so disappointing. This order is usually my comfort meal...not today.
